Thank you so much for the wonderful accession registers you have made for us. They are absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. The quality is superb and I am so looking forward to using them – although it seems a shame to write in them. I can’t believe that they were so much cheaper than the ready made ones we have bought in the past and more importantly, that the quality is so much higher – a different league completely! We may be facing difficult times here in local authority land but it’s wonderful to have quality products and service from yourselves to make our everyday life that little bit more up market. This is just a short letter of appreciation for the beautifully skillful repair to the much abused 'Orkney Book'. Everyone I have shown it to has been equally impressed with the workmanship.
Thank you for salvaging the book for me so that I can pass it on to my daughter - although not quite yet as I am enjoying handling & reading it again without worrying about further damage.

The box was absolutely superb - thanks so much for turning such a fantastically finished thing in some incredibly short timescales. I don't think we really anticipated you being able to do it, and even when you could that it would be as impressive as it was.
We really think that the box was the finishing touch to a reasonably strong submission - so hopefully now it'll do the business against the opposition!
