Box-Making
We provide a box making service, which is tailored to our clients specific needs. Boxing is paramount to the preservation of many books and documents.
Boxes provide both structural support for a book and protection from dust, dirt, light, mechanical and water damage.
All boxing materials conform to Archival Standards.
Boxes are constructed using mill board or Archival Box Board and can be covered in either waterproof library buckram or archival buckram.
We produce several forms of box;
Phase boxes, Slip cases, Drop down spine boxes and Tray boxes, etc.
